Well wen i wos a newb i somehow managed 2 get 2 30+ wildy an found an iron scimi. couple of weeks later i found full iron on floor. died next day :wall:

the very first day i played runescape (many years ago) i found a wooden shield on the floor, i hadnt seen any1 els with a wooden shield so i thought it was the rarest item ever. i kept it in my bank for a couple of weeks till i found out about the respawn point above varrock. after that i never realy kept anything for more than a week or two until i got my first rune med, wich i still have in my bank even though iv just got my second d chain. i guess my rune med is just like a favourite childhood toy

I was quite a bit of a miner at my low levels, so i would treasure my pickaxe. I did get scammed once, i put like 40k of items in a trade -.- for a rune pick, got an scamed for an addy instead. I also treasure a quest, Romeo and Juliet, as i made my first friend doing that quest :D

I got a black sq sheild from a drop party.

 

 

 

 

 

I still use on instead of buying a rune kite shield.

During my first day of play, a skilled player befriended me, helped me and also gave me an air staff.

 

 

 

I'm a lvl 83 combat (lvl 86 mage) now, I still have that staff and he's still my friend :D

well...i especially treasured my monk robes and holy symbol since level 30 something, where i got 43 prayer from the dark wizards' circle in world 1(incredible isn't it, with normal bones) I thought that with prayer i would be totally INVINCIBLE until one day i met a jungle demon at level 60 something... :\ despite that, i still killed him with a hally and a monk top :o Since then, i have decided to give up the monk robes and get proper armor, which i still have in my bank: rune platebody and legs. It wasn't a painful thing though, since i already had 1m+ that time. :P

I used a normal staff as a weapon for a long time.. I thought it was wayyy better than those steel stuff.. :P

I used to treasure my red gloves, a friend gave them to me the day I started playing. In the end I was so low on money I had to sell them...

me - rune dagger. A lvl 50 came up to me while i was killing a lvl 7 dark wizard, i accepted, he gave it to me, and afterwards i was shouting (in real life) WOW, this is awsome, it's a weapon for high-level people! (this was on other account, Sara Meleer - he is currently lvl 15 and obviously has it still. :)

what item did i traesure as a noob...

 

 

 

i know i liked my fire staff alot i thought it was very expensive when i was a lvl 3-10 but later i realised that it was very cheap...

when my freind gave me 2k. i didnt know what to spend it on. i was so happy. then i found out how many pink skirts i could get. another freind was using one for a quest i thought it was really valuable.

hmmm i guess my rune pl8 i had worked so hard getting 40 deff and beating all those quest :XD:

I used to think holy symbols were worth something, I would find a ton of unstrung ones then string them and get the guy in the monastery to bless em. Then I tried to sell them at the amulet store in karamaja, I narrowly avoided the scorpions, then found out the store was P2P. Then when I became p2p I went back there and sold em all, got about 20k (I world hopped a bit), then I decided to explore karamaja, I got poisoned by a tribesman and lost all of it.

I was scammed once into giving up my password to a stranger who promised grand things as a newbie. All I did was beg him not to take my adamant pickaxe and hatchet.

first ever item i thought was insanely awsm/rare was a iron scimmy, i only knew about the sword shop so scimmys were like, woowww those look hot..

My second day on runescape I got a mysterious box. Inside was an uncut diamond. I kept it untill i had the crafting lvl to cut it... it bacame a ring of life pretty fast...

I loved my tinderbox and small fishing net. I was so sad when I died and lost them that I made a new character just to get a new tinderbox and net.

 

Also when I completed Goblin Diplomacy, I thought the gold bar was the most expensive thing a f2p could have!

my best friend gave me 100gp when i started runescape, i was so happt :D

Not really an item, but one of the first things I did when I started playing was to start the quest from the Cook of Lumbrigde. And he needed an egg. I had no idea where to get an egg so I went around killing monsters for an egg drop. Finally got one from an Imp and finished the quest. Did not do any quests for a long time thinking that all of them was extremely hard.

I hate those tribesmen, one attacked my friend, so I killed him. I got poisoned, and I died. Poison hits 11! Lost my full black... (I was walking in full black, dragon scimmy, dragon square, red-white scarf, cooking gloves, desert boots, legends cape).
