I don't really like the scan lines and you can barely read the text. Nice scene though :) And the colouring of it looks really nice.

I think the thing I said in your first photo manipulation applies here. There doesn't really seem to be much of a concept and you've just changed the colours and added scan lines without much of a reason.

also, it's quite nice to see the original as well.

What text?

It's a nice manipulation but the scan lines ruin it for me. As has been mentioned before, the original is nice to have for a comparison.

It looks better from a distance though... :-k

Off-Topic: I've got loads of photos ready for a stock pack, would you like me to make one up and give you it?

Point proven. It is in the river, slightly right of the center of the signature.

Oooh, yeah, I see it now. Purple text saying skylight? It is very difficult to see. Did you mean that?

Yea that's it, my eyes actually have to strain to read that and it hurts, that definitely needs to be sorted out :?

I like the scan lines, if it was just a plain picture with no text.

But apparently it has text, so you might wanna fix the scan lines....

if you call adding scan lines creative, or worthy of attention you must have little to no creativity yourself. Maybe do something more than changing around the color of the **water and throwing in horrendous scan lines.

** looked like water in the small pic, now i see it was snow.

Way to go, you made the image look worse than it already did.

ps: Scanlines and purple water isn't cool or creative.
