i'v been around with offroad remote control things for a few years, and i was wondering if anyone here is into them themself.

 

 

 

if so, what is it you have, planes? cars? trucks? boats? and are they electric, nitro or gasoline powered?

 

 

 

how long have you been rcing?

 

 

 

at the moment i own two traxxas revo's one is stock, the other's got an RB TM523, proline 23mm dish wheels with mulchers, FOC and the center diff and rear bake, but they're not installed, no fun without wheelies.

My cousin is buying an eletric tank which shoots BB's. Looks quite good, holds up to 40 I think..

Well my brother has a helicopter which is pretty cool, its not one of those bad [wagon] expensive ones mind because he still needs a load of weights at the bottom to keep it balanced but he has flown it up to about the height of a second story building.

 

 

 

Haha my dad has a couple of bad [wagon] boats that he races (he has three) he has miss buddweiser and miss llumar, seen them before?

They're nitro^^ which me and my brother use, he also has a much faster one that runs on gas but he doesn't let us use :lol: except this one time he pushed it out the control got jammed and the boat did 360 and started hurtling towards the shore and smashed against a rock which completely cracked the hull and lets just say it got owned :lol:

 

 

 

but I find most of the time with a hobby like that you spend hours fixing them up and like 10 minutes running it.

nitro it's abput 50% fixing, 20% cleaning (for me anyway) 10% upgradeing, 10% driveing and 10% wanting to throw it in the bin because it's giveing you the ****s

 

 

 

RCU is an awesome site, my user name on there forums is Ttoks, same as my first rs username.

I wish I had a plane or a helicopter. Just to like, fly it into people.

Its not one of those super fantastic ones for ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã200, but it works. Its ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã15 and its fun

I have a R/C Helicopter and two R/C planes. All are fuel powered.

 

To be honest though I haven't flown any of them for quite a few years now. One of my planes is in pieces in the attic. One of them need repairing after a particularly harsh landing lol and the helicopter needs a new giro.

I've got a remote control Tony Hawk skater :( It's rubbish.

i have been through alot of remote control cars. Right now i have an xmod its really cool to race with and upgrade. I also had a plane it was extremely awsome. I can drive real cars and i still like the rc ones. I want one of those really expesive ones.

When I was seven I got a cool boat since I have an olympic size swimming pool but I haven't used it for like 6years.

 

 

 

I also had alot of remote controlled cars like the ones that you crash and then you hit the button and they return to their normal state. I wanted one of those helicopters but I hear they are difficult to control.
