Also, I'm quite sure you cannot use barrows gloves for this. Now, we typically don't think of barrows as a metal, and I saw lots of people doing the quest with barrows gloves on. I can't think of a good way to word it though... Also, you can right click the keys on the piano to get their names, in case you forget where they are. I tried it with "barrows gloves" from RfD, and got shocked.... (bad pun, I know). Plain leather gloves (spawn in Edgeville) work like a charm. Other data was removed when acoount got hacked... pokemama Posted June 9, 2007 Share Posted June 9, 2007 Vlad_the_old ran glove tests: Fails: Karamja gloves, dragonhide vambraces, ice gloves, barrows (Did not test gauntlets, which are defined as metal: family crest, klank's) Succeeds: penance gloves (from Barbarian Assault), Gloves of silence (thieving), leather gloves By the way, failing with the wrong gloves (or bare-handed) earns a nasty hit: around -15 for my first try (I have 80 hp), then -10 for my second, etc. it's a lot easier to get over yourself when you look at intelligence the same way you look at beauty, or height, or eye color: being smart is easy, but being good is hard ... being smart is handed to you, being good is handed to *nobody*.
