You could wear dragonhide and pray range, and possibly range her with msb. Best to have a team of 5-10 in the ratio of 4 rangers to 1 meleer (Need 1 meleer so that the queen will stay put). Bring curry, as when you eat it you keep the bowl in your inventory, so she can't unequip your items. She will NOT unequip them onto the ground. Bring some prayer pots, and some range pots.
