Okay to start off, I am a member, been one for 2+ years. Anyway, I think that free world players deserve 99 skill capes for the 15 skills they are given. Because first, a 99 is a 99 no matter how much money you give Jagex. And second, it is HARDER to get 99 in a skill in free world, so they deserve it even moreso than us. Only 8 out of 15 skill masters are in free world. So maybe a move for the other 7?

 

 

 

Attack: Honestly don't know.

 

Strength: Vannaka the "greatest swordsman alive", edgeville dungeon.

 

Hitpoints: Surgenon General Tiffiany makes a move outside duel arena gate and hands out pamphlets to tell you more about Runescape foods and healing?

 

Range: Range Combat Tutor?

 

Mage: Don't see why somebody selling robes is a master Magicican. Magic Tutor?

 

Fishing: Fishing Tutor?

 

Firemaking: That pyro south of Seers Village could be anyway, maybe west of Lumberage?

 

 

 

If you have a better idea of who gives what cape let me know! Don't say "We pay we get capes no capes in free world!", a 99 is a 99, no matter how much you pay Jagex (refer to sentence two). Thanks for reading!

Support :thumbsup: , i'm f2p and i really wanted to get cooking cape so i started raising lvl, then i found out they are members only :wall: :wall:

Support! :D I'm going for 99 mining on a f2p account, and there's little point in having the level if I don't have the cape....because it's not obvious that I've got the lvl then. :)

Surprisingly, even though I'm F2P, I dont support. It would lessen the pride and dignity of everyone who currently wears them. You would end up seeing waaaay too many players with skillcapes. Especially with all those macroers I randomly look up after seeing them ingame and their 99 woodcutting.

 

 

 

Another thing: P2P already hates F2P updates and F2Pers' rants for more updates. This update would just make P2P madder. I know some P2Pers who became members for the most part because of the skillcapes. They would just quit being members due to the F2P skillcapes, and Jagex would lose money.

 

 

 

Well, why do you care about F2P skillcapes when your a member? Usually P2P hates F2P.

 

 

 

P.S. A few previous posts on this thread said that players see no reason to go for 99 in a skill if skillcapes aren't F2P. You can easily become a member for one day, buy the skillacpe, put it on, then end your membership. That way, you get your skillcape, but only lose around a nickel.

Well im going to members soon (2 days) but i do think f2p deserve skill capes. I was thinking of getting 99 cooking in f2p. Then realized it p2p only.

F2p deserve skill capes more than p2p members, as it is generally harder to get a 99 in f2p than p2p.
