I came out of retirement to give it a go (i'm not decisive enough to retire fully enough to not try updates) and was pretty much shocked to see how jagex managed to find something thats always been good in rs, and managed to really make it bad =S Oh well, 10/10 for the nature of the video.

Complete coincidence in my opinion. Contrary to what several others believe, i always found that Runescape didn't help structure my time. I found that i rushed school work to get onto RS, to complete that daily goal of slayer kills or whatever. Once i quit (Jagex helped me with their rampant destruction of everything i loved =DD) i found that my grades soared. I have no idea what school is like in America (England here), yet comparisons can't be that different. I hope your grades improve with hard work, and remember, RS is evil ;)

When the total stake thingy is raised to 30k (If i read correctly, this should be happening) then it can become quite profitable in f2p. I'd say go for 40 - 60 - 40 and stake around your level.

You get 10/10 for the commentary. Rest is nice, i prefer odd banks with strange standout features (an example being all the mystic sets) than regular staker/mercher banks with parties etc (I fell into that generic banktype and regret it to this day). One of the oddest banks ever, and perhaps one of my favourite i have ever seen.

I really couldn't care whether some idiots give away their pin-numbers and buy RS gold, it has never affected me directly, so why do i care. I like to pk and duel, and just because some idiot decides to accept the keylogger or buy that gold, i get punished. That's whats wrong with the update.

=) I thought i was accused of flaming you for a second, hence the edited post =P. But still, Jagex have ruined pking, and will never go back. I'm sorry, but the best analogy i can find for this debacle is an Aquashock one 'Putting a bandaid over an amputated leg.' No matter how many suggestions we put, will Jagex listen. The only reason they listened this time, was because all the people quitting memberships reduced the linings of their pockets.

Read today's post on the main RS site, and you'll realise the irony of that final comment of yours... Don't needlessly flame something that's already trying to solve itself out. Lawl. Perhaps the fact that the substitute is like replacing Gold with goats faeces. It is perhaps the worst update (After the duel arena says the staker nub), and has reprocussions throughout the rs world. I for one did come out of retirement for approximately 2 hours to try out the BH arena, and i was horrified. It just wasn't pking, just a lame parody created by jagex to give more control over us. I liked to tele in the wild, smiting involved much more skill than just killing them and getting the drop anways. I liked 1 v 1 fighting, yet the Bh arena is just a heaving mass of 1 iteming pixel huggers who leap upon the poor guy with the green skull over his head. In the end, the only was i can classify the BH update is in a favourite phrase of mine. Epic fail.

Meh, i have no problem with the low non-combats (I Was a complete combat nubbin =D) but what i do have a problem with is the way payed someone to skill jad, and then took your equipment. You got what you deserved. Next time, make the effort, and don'texpect to post that on a rule-abiding form and expect not to get flamed.

+1 (even though i hate doing that) One of the nicest banks i've seen in a while. The willows are an achievement in themselves. Makes my bank look like it's full of shrimp and steel scimmys. 10/10 I look forward to seeing much more 99 skill achievement threads.

Wow. Content wasn't that incredible, i'd go so far as to call it an rs music video =D Editing was pure genius, using several effects seamlessly really made for something special. With out a doubt the best editing i have ever seen. If Pking is remembered solely by this, it will be remembered well.

When suddenly this weird Pokemoin came on. Sad to say, i wanted to know what on earth it was, so i did some research. Turned out to be a Mudkip. I was planning to come back with a new account after the events with my last (To be explained later on) and so why not call myself something to do with Mudkip. Turned out he hacked CC protected paypals and used the money to buy RS gold from autoers.
