This isn't harmful, and is probably already widely known. But for those who haven't heard, I'll explain. This glitch gets your character stuck bending over, and when you run, your feet don't move. So it looks kindof like you are riding a scooter!

 

 

 

To scooter, you need a buddy.

 

 

 

1) Go to the duel arena

 

2) Challenge your friend, but don't let him accept yet

 

3) Lean on the wall

 

4)Have your friend accept, but not completely just the first part

 

5)Decline the second part, and leave the wall

 

 

 

 

 

To stand back up, leave the dueling arena or take off some armor. If this is against Jagex's rules, please tell me. I personally think this is harmless and fun to do.

It's a pretty cool bug but It's not worth trying

and yet my friend hasn't gotten any black marks or has been banned for doing the chair glitch in POH

 

and he has been reported many times by wannabe mods.
