I think these are the highest but I'm not sure Attack: Super Strong Attack Pot; +20% Defence [118 or 119 Strength] Strength: Super Strong Strength Pot; +20% Defence [118 or 119 Strength] Defence: Sara Brew; +(20%+2) Defence [120 or 121 Defence] HitPoints: Sara Brew; +(15%+2) Hits [115 or 116 HitPoints] Prayer: Spicy Stew; +5 prayer levels Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

No becuase your base level is still 99 in that skill and your taking your potions and boosting your stats by 15%, 20%, etc based on your actual level in that skill.
