For f2p leveling crafting, I recommend Silver Tiaras. Since I didn't want to lose money, I mined silver at Scorp Pit, or whatever it's called nowadays north of Al Kharid, and then ran south with the mold in my inventory, then made into tiaras right there and banked right next door. Not sure if it's the most efficient, but it worked for me up until lvl 64, which isn't 70, but ya just a suggestion.

Well if he's doing Silver Tiaras from Silver stored in the bank, I'd say Al Kharid is the best choice. Nice and close to the furnace. And if he wants to mine his silver, Al Kharid is nice because it all happens at once. You mine, smelt, craft, and then bank right in a row. Just a suggestion.
