I'd say 7/10. You need to add some shading, but the linework isnt bad. Sure it needs some work, but thats where practice helps ;) :P

ya, check out zimlem's and the_jeppoz's works, mspaint aswell, or maybe graphics gale but still done pixel by pixel.

... If it's pixeled it doesnt really matter if it was in paint or not... I can do the same thing in paint as photoshop... It's just with photoshop you can use other tools... but I dont... I only use photoshop for pixels because it's easier to change colors when you shade...
