After the update of the Dragonfire shield, many people went after the incredibly rare piece of item known as the Dragonic visage. One of those people was Hardwick246. Ok done with that.... Every since the update, I killed 1.4k Skeletal wyvern until the recent update of their "prayer bug". I quit those and went to the evil chicken's lair and hunted black dragons. The numbers started to rack into the 100.... then 200... afterwards I hit my lucky break. It was a normal day of slaying black dragons while browsing the wonderful Tip.it forums. As I was looking through I went to check my character and saw that I had killed the beast. I was looking at the messing drops of addy javalins or coins. -.- Yet instead I saw something grey. To my surprise it was: My reward: Yes I picked up the visage for a while so it wouldn't disappear on me while I was taking a screenshot so thats why you see the examines. You could take on skeletal wyverns without an elemental or mind shield as long as you had protect from melee on the entire time you were in combat. It allowed people (like me, I used it quite a bit) to kill them while using Veracs. To the original poster, congrats on the drop. I tried for that drop for a while after the update came out and then gave up; it appears that those who kept at it got rich.
