Not all F2Pers are beggars or scammers, some are respected members, but these respected people are over-populated by these beggar and scammers. I also believe that the third option I stated is the cheapest, and second option the most expensive. Also, if it's going to a third part who pays Jagex that could add a day or 2. The phone shouldn't take long, credit cards are instantaneous.
