July 16, 200718 yr This is more an advice thread that it is a help thread, and it's a simple thread posing a simple question. What should I get 99 in? I'm definitely gonna get 99 cooking soon, but I'd like to get a trimmed cape, half for the the trim and half for the prayer bonus. The question is however, what should I take to 99? My current levels/stats should be up to date in my sig, I'm currently torn between a few options. Ideally, something fast/easy/cheapish, either that or something that'll take longer but won't be too boring/fun enough to keep me interested. Also, if you suggest a skill for me to train, please explain why(is it easy, fast, cheap, fun etc).
July 16, 200718 yr after cooking, train fletching or firemaking for easy 99s or train for 99 strength
July 16, 200718 yr slayer! definately not the easiest but it probably is one of the most profitable and it should always keep u intrested :P
July 17, 200718 yr 99 slayer would be very interesting but HARD. If you just want an easy 99 then do fletching. For profit, I would suggest woodcutting. Fishing maybe but the price of sharks is going down...
July 17, 200718 yr I'm going to have to say... choose a skill that you like to train. As for ease... fletching, firemaking, hunter... I would say cooking is the easiest, but you're almost there. =D> PoetryIndexed Picture 1Indexed Picture 2 Killed my maxed Zerker pure April 2010 Rebooting Runescape

July 17, 200718 yr I think it depends. What is it you're most interested in? If you are looking for prestige, then something hard like slayer, agility or runecrafting is for you. Want something really fast, go for firemaking or fletching. Looking for something fast that also makes you a nice sum of money, I'd say hunter (chinchompa's or whatever they're called). In the end, I advice hunter. Since I've started playing runescape again this week after 172 days I can't say I have experience with hunter (lvl 8 thanks to an exp lamp :P). but I have always been lurking at tip.it in the time I was away, so I am knowledgeable about it. The advantages for hunter are: Semi-fast. It won't be as fast as fletching, but it can be done in a week or two if you play a lot. Profitable. I think you make something like 25-30 mill gaining 99 hunter through chinchompa's. Fun. I have no experience with hunter, but I hear people say it's a fun skill to train. Of course this depends on you, so you'll have to decide if the fun-factor really applies to you.
July 17, 200718 yr The skill you like training the most... alot of people go for fletching, cooking, firemaking and woddcutting but i say never mind that if you dont really like those skill. I rather gain 2mill xp a month in a skill i really want 99 in then using that month to go gain 5x time more xp only because it is easier.
July 18, 200718 yr Author Thanks for the suggestions guys, they've given me some food for thought. A couple asked about my budget and whatnot, really, my main aim is to have a trimmed skillcape, and my budget is as low as possible.
