hey guys when i fight monsters wearing ring of wealth will i get better unids?

Errmmm.. No not really coz i contaced jagex about something just like this the other day and all things given or dropped by things like random events and killing NPC's are all totally random.

Unids ARE NOT a rare drop therefore are unaffected by ring of wealth

Every single drop has a rarity, that rarity determines a likelyhood of it dropping.

 

 

 

for example a monster with a few drops would generate a number between say 1 - 100 when it dies

 

 

 

each drop would be assigned to one or multiple numbers according to how rare it is.

 

 

 

Therefore drops like saphs unids 5gp are assigned to lots and lots of numbers while a d full helm or chain would only be assigned one number.

I think unids are a series of items

 

 

 

So liked you'd have:

 

 

 

Item 4567 Name Unid then in its sccript identify would delete item 4567 and spawn item 6789 (aka guma leaf)

 

 

 

but then you'dalos have like

 

 

 

item 4568 Name Unid whihc would spawn item 5894 (aka rannar weed) on identify

Nope, sorry, that's not right. Certain monsters drop certain items, some of them more often than others. That's how lists like this one can be made. Now, within that list, there is a certain amount of randomness in the drops, but they're not totally random.

But seriously, Jamse, have you read anything said? It's NOT RANDOM, just has different values. The Kalphite Queen has a 96% chance for providing total junk (not exactly, that's sort of a value I've decided on), and a 4% chance for something pretty good. And Paw is right, your morphing his explanation into chickens dropping 5gp is false because, well, chickens just don't drop that. He's saying, each monster has drops that are all assigned a number-or many numbers. Phew, I'm tired now.
