They say they're going to give F2P a poll every three weeks. How many topics that aren't game related can their be? They've used up all of the possible questions about memberships and such.. So what else is there? Jagex just wants to make an inquiry on it's players. You don't have to vote for them. Many won't, but many will. Yes, I know, it's kinda insulting to give us a formerly member's feature but still keep the good stuff for members, but chill. It's not hurting you. Maybe if we vote, Jagex will realize the massive voice of the F2P and allow us to make changes in the future? Just a thought. If JAgex chooses to give us a poll and try to appease those F2P complaining about updates, then they will do it. There is not point in you complaining aboout what we get. berbatovsky Posted August 2, 2007 Share Posted August 2, 2007 They want all f2pers to sign up for membership, what they don't realise is that most f2pers will NEVER see any worth in paying to play, regardless of new content in p2p. Jagex has said that adverts just pay for the cost of bandwith used by f2pers, untill you lot start clicking a lot more on said adverts you aren't making them any money. The only reason f2p still exists is the hope that some f2pers will start to pay for membership. To echo a half dozen others, they are a business looking to maximise profit or revenue or growth (i don't know what their goal is but it'll be one of those 3). They don't owe you anything for paying nothing to use their bandwith. Also to echo half a dozen others, they are conducting FREE market research to try and find a way to make f2pers pay to play.
