How cruel this is to me....HELP!

Oki, i had receipe for disaster as goal to wear barrow gloves. I had serveal quests to do and ive hit the last one. I did monkey madness, and i thought that was the hardest, but this last one does take the cake...: Desert Treasure

 

 

 

To get the blood and smoke diamond ive decided to use these tactics shown in this video ( Please watch before you comment how i should do things):

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is the first two diamonds...

 

 

 

But im unsure how to fight the last 2 droppers, ice and shadow diamond. In the video guide, there is a way to kill the ice diamond monster but it's a bit unclear for me...

 

 

 

 

 

Also last battle is shadow diamond, the hardest and the guy's name is damies or something. I am really afraid of losing my stuff if i die, i can't afford dieing.

 

 

 

EDIT: I thought of brining a friend to take my drop, but i dont wanna die...

 

 

 

So i need all help i can get, tactics, strategies, safe spots, and other stuff that will help me that you might know. PLEASE HELP! ( How cruel it is, when all i wanted is to wield barrow gloves :wall: )

 

 

 

 

 

Food i can get: Sharks

 

Prayer pots: Yes i can but i really dont wanna spend em if not nesscary, as i want the barrow glove for iron dragons and i have only 15 prayer pots which i saved up to use to kill iron dragons.

 

 

 

Items:

 

Whip

 

Cannon

 

Dragon dagger (++)

 

Prayer Gear ( Prosylte, with white boots and gloves + guthix cloak and netzik helm and a glory)

 

 

 

I guess thats the most important items that you should know i have so you can let me know if i can put good use of them in this quest.

damis, is not extremely hard actually. for his first spawn, bring only a dds and poison him, then you run away to a spot where he cant get you and wait him out. then you can either lumbridge tele or get killed.

 

for his second spawn, i'd say get DOZENS of prayer potions! seriously. almost full inventory. as long as you have melee protect he cant hurt you at all. use whip on him. it shouldnt really be any problem but use an ectophial incase anything goes wrong.

also, if you havent killed dessous yet (which is the absolute hardest one of them all) use a cannon on him lol.

 

 

 

i did that, all i had to do was stand next to him and eat lobsters.

well the guide i used for this quest was the one on rune hq. GASP! sorry tip it, but they had better and more pictures and they explained what to do more accurately. i would definitely advise reading that guide instead of watching a video. they explain what to bring, safe spots, several different ways to do each fight and again, the pictures... a picture is worth a thousand words. they really do help as an addition to the words. just watching a video could give you an idea what it looks like in real time, but i wouldnt try to duplicate what that person did as they may not have done everything right and you could end up dead.

the first form of damis is lvl 100 right? just use all you dds specials on him, then run and hide. he will die from the poison. and when he dies, the second form pops up, and the second form is the one kicking [wagon] and lowering you prayer.

First up, it's not that cruel- If you want to be able to use the best gloves in the game you're going to have to do some work.

 

 

 

For Damis (Shadow Diamond)- Go in and kill his first form using any way you wish, he's easy. Once he's dead he will turn into his second form. At this point teleport out and restock on supplies. I suggest you use the best earth spell you can use against his second form, take a lot of prayer potions and mix and match armour for good prayer and magic bonuses. Then just go in and fire away with magic, making sure you keep drinking prayer potions. I don't see why you would die, teleport out if you run out of potions and take a ring of life.

 

 

 

For Kamil (Ice Diamond)- First trip- Take good prayer bonus armour and go in and kill the ice trolls (protect from melee and take food too as the cold wind will damage you). Leave after the entrance it clear.

 

Second trip- You want good magic attack/defence and prayer bonus, a few super restores, food and runes for the second best fire spell (second best since the cold lowers your stats, so you wont have the magic level to cast your best fire spell). He hits with magic and melee, I suggest get close to him and use protect from melee. Kill him.

 

Third trip (optional)- If you're low in supplies and don't think you could make it around Ice Path, then teleport out now and restock. Otherwise, go up Ice Path and get that Ice Diamond.

Personally, I'm not too sure about the armour either. It depends on what's available to you. Perhaps mystic top and bottoms with some sort of prayer helm and white boots and gloves? Someone else is going to have to help you with the armour.

On the shadow guy bring some mage-boosting armour, about 5 ppots, earth spells and bind/ snare/ entangle runes. The first form you jsut kill while praying melee, the second form you bind, run, cast some spells, bind, run, etc. You'll use very few ppots. This might not be very effective if you don't have at least the 10 second hold spell.

thanks meb about what to wear, i decided to wear mystic items + chaos gauntle and use fire bolt to kill 2nd form of shadow demon aka damius

 

 

 

but i have a question about blood diamond one, can i use mele kit to fight it with a combo of cannon or does he have high defence to mele /or somehow avoid it?
