I'm pretty sure there are stars in the space :D Anyway , nice planet =p

it's kinda like a sun...i'd put some rays coming off of it, use a lot of blurring and overlaying etc, get it looking a little "hazy." oh yeah, add some stars and stuff

hmm.. not quite sure how to do the rays idea, but does anybody have any star brushes?

Looks nice, what do people do these sigs in?

You don't really need brushes for stars, here's a little info on how to make stars though.

1. Make a new file.

2. fill the background with black.

3. go to filter-noise-add noise, make sure the noise is set at monochromatic, i believe (so it's black and white)

4. now go to threshold and move it around til only the bright stars show the most. (just get it realistic)

5. now you have a basic starfield.

If you want, you can create a new layer and stretch it to double the size of the first, then flatten the image.

It's a little vague (all from memory since I'm at school  ), but I hope I could be of some help.

Oh wait! Also you may want to add some very small lens flares as bright stars too. And use the clone tool and eraser a little bit to make a little more original.
