I was browsing threw Youtube yesterday and I found a video with the title "Parkour", so I checked it out. It was amazing. People running, jumping, rolling and flipping threw towns.. it truly amazed me. I am now deciding to try it out myself, try to start learning how to master Parkour.

 

 

 

If anyone has ANY tips, please tell me.

My tip is wear some decent trainers, and don't try anything that you aren't sure about.

 

I love parkour! Town centres are good, if you need somewhere to practice.

 

But also just keep improving your vaults to and from lessons in school, thats what i do! Over railings and things like that, its all good practice!

dont just go jumping huge gaps and stuff straight away, observe the jump or stunt you want to do, weigh all the factors and then do it. when i used to do parkour i made that mistake early on and really injured my ankle :uhh:
