Any coder out there could get there hands on and older version of RSC, and make it into a game of their own, with the same basics of RSC and making a good living. If jagex was willing to sell RSC I would buy it in a heartbeat and hire some coders. Charge 6 bucks a month, i KNOW atleast 1000 people would pay that. So why is no one doing this? I know there is alot of private servers, but they blow, and arent taken seriously. Just script kiddies trying to get their e-fame. And It would be easy to take care of the autoing. Make RSC like it was back in the day, but not have the option to switch to npk. Do the little screen moving thing, have some player mods, etc. It would be easy to take care of that problem.
