I also used to try buying wizard robe bottoms for 50k when i was F2P, since i couldn't find them anywhere. This would help, even if they only changed the name and not the stats.

thats right and maybe add some bonuses i dont see why only top and hat are special enuff

I support, when i first started playing, i tried buying robe bottoms for 100k and was offered 10 skirts before i realized there were no robe bottoms

No. The whole point is there are no f2p mage legs. If trimmed armor had a mage bonus, those prices would skyrocket while the other trimmed items stay at their current price.

The price wont skyrocket much or maybe not even...

 

FTP needs a full mage set no matter what.

 

If robe bottoms can't be mage bottom, then something else will be.
