Is the character suppose to be like excommunicated and is walking away? Because of it is, I like the concept. I just don't think the colors really match, like the gray and purple. Nice choice of font though :)

Not just the colors though, the semi-pixalated image doesn't match the rest of the banner. Its like two different concepts. I like the idea though.

Now...back to serious stuff. The bg is nice but the whole thing doesn't go very well together. First of all the pink guy doesn't match any color in the bg/text. On the other hand, the font doesn't match "punishment" at all imo. Reminds me of something cartoony that goes maybe well with the guy but not with the bg/concept...

Yeah, the colour character (with bunny ears as well....) just doesnt go well with the (evil) background.

Make the whole thing pixel, or get rid of the guy. The typo is HORRID.

You could try grayscaling the pixel, that may make it blend more. Otherwise I agree with entangle pixel the whole thing then.

I can't believe no one mentioned the turtle! it ties together the whole thing...well maybe not. Yah, they are right ,the cartoon guy kills it.
