fun and rewarding 99?

I thought that Woodcutting was pretty fun and very rewarding in monetary terms. Completing Woodcutting provides the method to level up either Firemaking or Fletching for free to 99 or at least very high, or the logs could be sold for a good bit of money.

But the skill I enjoyed working on the most was Firemaking.

In my opinion, woodcutting would be the most profitable skill as there's simply rare trees, (Magics, yews) more than rare rocks etc. (5 rune rocks to around 20+ yew trees). It would also help your fletching and logs can be sell for quite a lot of money. :)

Woodcutting. It's really easy to train, though takes some patience. All you need to do is situate yourself outside Draynor bank at the willows with a Dragon axe, and keep hacking those willows until you reach 99. :)

if you supply your own monks and antis, thieving at pp.

PP is a fun, enjoyable minigame, that can get you some good rewards at higher levels. All those golden statuettes also start adding up

Fishing/WC would definetly be one that could potentially be more.

i personally would get 99 mining first, i think its a fun skill to train and can become very profitable if you hire someone to bank your ion ather than dropping it

Other than that wc is probably the best

a combat skill, personally 99 defence or attack b/c of whip obviously. and training afk at dags or bandits aint that hard. It's good in the long run because defence is neglected and killing monsters for quests or pking in the future

But against the rules ! :shame:

Fun to train? I like slayer. It's not boring, and it;s a respected cape.

Im with you, slayer are rewarding, money making and funny!

Like able to kill abby demons are reward enough!

+ killing monsters=cant be more funny and you can train att the same time .

New staff: Slayer staff and Slayer dart-spell.

New arrows: Broad arrows

New wep: the wierd spear i always forget the name to.

Well i think slayer beats it all.

if you view a fun skill as one which allows you to do a variety of activities ill say that things like woodcutting, mining, firemaking are all dead boring skills. these skills are relatively easy to get to 99 and thus are not as respected as others.

in my opinion a fun skill which gives u a relatively wider spread of activities as well as earn you a reasonable amount of money would be slayer as it is not monotonous as compared to standing at dranor cutting trees the whole dam day...also the drops from slayer monsters can get you quite a good pile...of course some say it is one of the hardest to train too but that makes me want to train it all the more as when you get the skill cape you will garner more respect than say a firemaking cape. another skill you could consider would be farming although depending on the way you train, you may require a large sum of money for the tree and fruit tree seeds.

maxed out melee on 10/10/08, current goal: 94/99 cooking

life may be unfair, but why can't it be unfair in my favor?

Pick your fave skill, train it non-stop 'til 99 and don't give up.

Some of the easier ones would be:

-Theiving, pretty fast xp which increases at pyramid plunder as you gain levels.

-Hunter, once you reach 80 the levels fly by although a lot of clicking is involved

-Woodcutting, Its tedious but all you need to do is click and wait, best place to cut is willows by barbarian outpost about 60k xp an hour.

-Firemaking, xp is pretty fast although a lot of clicking is involved like hunter

-Fishing, same as woodcutting barbarian pole fishing is quickest way, cutting the fish and dropping is best way.
