Anyways, keep in mind this is a work in progress. I still have a decent ammount of work to do on the surface map, and i'm not sure about some parts of the transition from the water to the land :D Comments, all that stuff are welcome :P

Thank you.

1 question... how did you get those like small cuts... do you use the smallest tool?

a bit too dark.... can't really see the stuff... but then again i'm half blind....

Obviously a WIP, Nad.

Surface map= Ewwwwww. The grass has no volume, you have some layers to do yet... and that gray looks awful, needs some contrast.

The atmo.... You could have done that in Photoshop, for all I'm concerned :P.

There's my thoughts mate, I'll give you some real C&C when it's done.

Yeah, the surface map is still very ugly, but i did already put some work into the beach part.

The atmo was all terragen, and i'm trying to get a certain mood across :D a sort of mysterious thing.

also, i liked the water a decent ammount, even near the back it looks kinda nice :P

but yes, obviously a WIP :D

I know it was made in TG you wagon :P, but I was trying to insult you. Lol. Now get over there and give Dexpaxes some C&C :P

Beautiful, as always :)

Keep up the good work Nad :)

Actually this doesnt look to bad, I only see a lighting problem....

Keep the mountains as dark as they are, but throw a nice light on the ocean, and let us see the waves and stuff... That would make it look really good I think.... Oh, and scrap that hell picture you posted last time. It looked like [cabbage].

Yeah, i might just try and give some brightness to the ocean (although, i have to check with the render, not sure if i have waves or if its more still.) And the water is my focus on this piece. I will probaly mess with the water some, make some nice waves :P to give it the kind of stormy feeling to it, but mysterious at the same time.

And i have scraped the hell picture for the most part. I do agree the atmosphere was very cabbage, but i guess i liked the terrain/surface too much  .

and also, i'm trying to work on an actual idea for this one. Like, i got the idea ahead of time and am working to do it as well as i can :D Since you said i should work on my skills like that :)

Thanks Keiph :D . i'm going to work more on it today, maybe even finish up the full size render (probaly going to just do a 1600x1200 and resize it for Demoris's competion) :P

If thats a WIP I cant wait to see the finished thing!! :D

Thanks :D

And the final size will be a wallpaper, posibly a long piece like this as well :P

I guess it will improve but that ugly green ...fungus? that appears in all of these just ruins it for me.

I never got a chance to comment on the hell one, but I rather liked it. But this one...I just don't see a lot of potential for it. No matter how much you tweak the textures etc, it will look basic. Now try to prove me wrong!

nadril, in my opinion, its too dark, i can not see the water very well, the land looks nice though, some photoshop editing might do the trick.

In my opinion, as well as yours Nadril, rework the suface map.
