Dragon Boots are only slightly worse defence than the other boots, so I would choose Dragon Boots for the strength bonus.

Bandos boots would be harder to buy.

However, if you like GWD bandos boots mean that the monsters in the Bandos area will not attack you :)

I belive only the monsters in the boss room drops the bandos armour, and I hear the spear is rubbish with it's speed and inacuracy.

 

 

 

 

 

My personal view is dragon boots are better, the loss of defence bonus would not be all that noticable but the str bonue would be noticable.

Bandos boots have +1 more def than dragon boots. They also have +1 prayer. Dragon boots however have +4 strength.

i dont see why str bonus means anything to ppl. Usually when i take off a tiny amount of str bonus like my rune defender, i dont hit lower. I switched zerker helm to warrior and i hit same as always. Get bandos boots

Because the items with the "tiny amount of str bonus" do add up. It might not make much difference if you wear just a Rune Defender, or just the Dragon Boots. But, wearing them together could increase your max hit.

 

 

 

If you plan on wearing mostly offensive gear, then go for the Dragon Boots. If you plan on doing a spot of fighting that requires prayer often (Aberrant Specters, Barrows, Giant Mole..), then you might put into consideration the Bandos Boots.
