What is the most effecient items you can use your 15 workers on in the manage thy kingdom mini-game?

 

I want to use the mini game to collect tree seeds and try to come out even money wise overall or come out ahead.

 

 

 

I will have 100% of course.

 

I was thinking of having them chop maples and mine coal ore. Than keep the seeds and gems and sell the maples and coal ore.

 

 

 

Anyone know how I could possibly come out of this in the end if lets say I used 1 million gold and sold maples for 100 and coal for 200 each?

 

 

 

Can maples and coal be sold at the price and how hard will it be for me to get those prices?

It may be hard to get 100 each for the maple in large amounts. From what I remember, most people on the forums who buy in large bulk buy for 80-90 each.

Personally, if you want lots of tree seeds, I'd put my money 100% on maples and the rest to teak or mahogany logs. The seeds/nests you'll get will MORE than pay for the cost in the end.

Coal has the highest profit/day so 100% coal with 50% maples would be the most efficient way to do what you were thinking of.

Just about a week ago I had a hard time selling 12k coal for 180ea :-k

 

 

 

But still, coal, herbs, and maples will be the most profitable. Do whatever you want.

It's hard to lose money using MTK.

 

 

 

I have 10 workers on Maples, because you gain a little bit of profit each day (60-70k income, which makes 10-20k profit if you sell the maples). Then you get the seeds which if you do it enough, you can get some really good seeds to sell or use yourself. I managed 2 magic seeds in like 2 weeks. It's the seeds that you want.

 

 

 

Then for the other 5 workers either have them on coal or herbs. I haven't tried out herbs before (I'm trying it this month) so I don't know how much profit it yields, but it still gets profit. Coal is the best money maker if you consider the main material (maples aren't great, but the seeds make them great; coal is great, but the gems aren't).

 

 

 

So I'd say 10 workers on maples, 5 on coal or herbs, depending on your preference.

Woot, I did well to keep my flax unsold for so long while it was worth only 60ea. It looks like Jagex banned a few thousand auto-flax-pickers lately. :D
