kemikalkadet
in short.. you can't. alching is generally a money-lost operation, especially in f2p. the only real way to make money alching is to craft your own alching supplies, which is near impossible in f2p unless you made your own steel plates to alch. the other alching option is green d hide bodies, but again.. you will lose money on it. anim7
Buy green bodies at 4400-4450ea. They alch for 4680ea. Basically at 4400ea, you lose 20k but you gain 65k mage xp. At 4450ea, you lose 70k. 100% F2P85 Mining achieved on Dec 4, 200785 Smithing achieved on May 28, 2009

kgisme
In f2p I make my own steel plates to alch. This gets me a lot of profit but it's pretty slow. However, if you want to work on your mining and smithing at the same time, go for it.
agira
I see here possibility for example superheat Addy or Mith Bars not Alch something if for profit maybye (just you faster do it with this on F2P), taking from Dwarven Mines Mith and Addy bars and if you want to alch something i think try Mith plates but i think it will be profitable when you earn all resources for it by youself... Suggestion: You can use Anchor on Waterfiends - is cheap if to compare to GS & effective with crush attack & it hit like Whip.Visit my exp track
