Try to have your render/stock/focal near one of those points and your text too.

 

 

 

I'll show an example with this here sig that I made.

Notice how the text is near the bottom-left hand corner? And the main focal point is her eyes + blue light shining ( <3: ) near the upper-right corner.

 

 

 

Makes the sig more appealing.

Also, I really love the squarish pattern at the back. And I love how it looks like theres two people : one walking away. But theres one person in the render.

Yup its rule of thirds :P. Usually I don't bother trying to set it up like that because after a while you can just kind of eyeball it, it helps though.

 

 

 

 

 

The sig is pretty decent -- i don't like the border though, I think a black border would be best.
