what is the purpose of rotten tomatoes?

 

can a plant die if it is mature and u just havent checked its health?

I've never done it but supposedly you can throw them at people in the dueling arena.

rotten tomatoes are only used to throw at people, but putting them in the compost bin will get you exp. if you grew tomatoes and want compost, just put in 14 tomatoes and 1 weed or guam leaf of something, it will turn into compost instead of rotton tomatoes.

well, i dont know how you came up with that, but yes you can mix them. if you have tomatoes in there and you add another low lvl compstable item, it makes compost. however, if you have tomatoes and add a super compostable item, it will still be compost.
