October 12, 200718 yr Hey cool kids, I was wondering which would be better for ranged TRAINING. Black dragonhide body and legs, guthix coif and barrows gloves or the full void knight range. If the void knight is better, how long should it take at PC to get it on the 40-69 boat? I have 81 range if that means anything. Thank you. :D AND if void knight is better for training, how much more exp per hour would I get? thank you

One of my best friends on RS has full Void Knight and he gets so much more xp per hour than me. If you are going to take any damage at all, I would suggest against Void Knight though. My friend gets roughly 60-70 points an hour at PC using the Novice boat, so that means 850 points by 60 points let's say. That'll take you roughly 14 hours. I'm kind of going for it now, when I get bored from Fletching/alching, I'll go to PC and get some points for Void Knight. Hope that helped.

October 13, 200718 yr Hmm, interesting thread. *Goes to Pest Control* I would like to get the most difficult 99 in the game to accomplish. which is woodcutting. because I had a drunken night in philadelphia and sprayed a fire extinguiser, evacuated a 7 story hotel on the philly stadium, spent the night in jail.. then got on level 2 prob & have to pay 50 a month because I have a job. It's their way of collecting more money out of me.
October 13, 200718 yr With those statistics, it shows that Void Knight is most likely better. If you were to PC using Range then you'd get your Range up really quickly, because then after 850 points you'd have your new set which would get you quicker xp training elsewhere.
October 13, 200718 yr BTW, when wearing a full void knight set ranged, your ranged attacks will have a 10% attack AND damage bonus. And many suggest full void knight ranged only for lesser defenced monsters e.g. fire giants, bloodvelds, experiments, ogres etc. The tests conclude that full void knight is only SLIGHTLY better (an infinitesimal 0.2% more damage average per shot against blue dragons w/ crystal bow) against medium high to high defenced monsters. Black Dragonhide would probably me more effective against HIGH defenced monsters like kbd, chaos elemental, kalphite queen, Jad, etc.
