Mine a full load, tele to castle wars, bank, tele to duel arena, run to mine, repeat. Alternately, you could try ardy east mine using ardy teles - mine a full load, tele to ardy, run to south bank, tele again, run up to mine, repeat. You might also be able to take advantage of teles for quick banking in the eastern Varrock mine, or the mine south of Taverly. Also, don't forget that there is a bank deposit box at Murphy's fishing trawler in Port Khazard; in my experience dropping the ores there is a teeny little bit faster than banking in Yanille.
