By far, it would be just north-west of the barbarian minigame place (one you can tele to using a game necklace). Just weild your axe, chop down the willows there and bank in barbarian outpost. There's a bank type item in there for depositing but no withdrawing so remember to come ready.

Well, from my experience, the ones at Draynor village and the ones outside the Barbarian Outpost are by far the best. I recommend you to use one of those two, if you are of lower level I suggest the latter as there isn't much chop-competition there.

Rimmington. Usually empty in f2p, and you can either burn there or you can one-click to general store and just sell.
