October 29, 200718 yr Yeah, firemaking and cooking would both be relatively cheap and easy. Also, woodcutting might be a good one of you don't want to spend any money

I meantioned Smithing in my post above, it is a well respected cape, but may take a long time in F2P.
October 29, 200718 yr ~Smithing, Crafting, or RuneCrafting. If you're non-member, you can't get the Skill Capes, so it won't matter till you get members, if you ever do. But honestly, who wants to see 35,000 Cooking Capes, while there are only 400 RuneCrafting ones? Get an uncommon 99.~
