October 30, 200718 yr Yes its south of the picatoris fishing colony. If you go in the direction of the gnome stronghold but keep heading west past the entrance then head north for a while till you reach some dead fall trap places and a wood pen to your right. Head up to the north end of this pen and climb over the stile. Then remove anything on your hands including gloves and talk to matthias. you will need to pay him some coins and you will get a falcon.
