Roffles, I like working with grays. Its easy to adjust there colour and make it any colour I want actualy.

Wasn't that the boulder from Indiana Jones? DEWM BALL! Nicely done tho. Fuun to scroll back up to!

the reflection at the bottom of the sphere is too bright. although there should be a slight reflection, it should not be lighter than the light side of the sphere. if it is metal, the reflection on the bottom would be brighter than ususal, but it would still be darker than the reflection on the light side.

Sheesh people...It's demonstrating a shading style. Thank you adolpha and Quer for good crits. It should be obvious that the subject isnt whats being represented, but rather, how the subject is being represented. Is that too deep?
