Good/Cheap way for 64-70 Magic?

Featured Replies

I'm probably going to end up Alching.

But I need some suggestions on how much it'll cost, and some good ways for 64-70 Mage.

I don't have much money to spend, so I need a cheap way.

Barrow Drops: Guthan's Helm, Karil's Crossbow.

5 Pieces of the Crystal Key so far.

I would never consider meeting people irl. Not just because of risks that they could be a 40 year old man who is only interested in the bottom half of your body.

ummmm i tewllyed cammy over and over again but thats not to cheap lol, but its fast and good

You could try cursing.

Buy a mud staff 1.4m-1.6m (in that area)

Then buy body runes 5-10gp ea.

Wear full rune and cast curse on the skeletons just north of edge in wildy. You can use the ditch as safespot.

Apparently, my signature was to big.

cursing is good, pretty good xp and cheap.

but high alching is still better

Alching is the best method. I alched from 59 to 65 mage easily! I will continue alching to train my mage \' 8-) <3: ::' =D> :D

Ty Veyron for Siggy help!

You could always do the imps mini game and catch essence imps that give a fair amount of runes. thats if you have the hunting lvl mind

Gorak Chronicles Ended, thinking of something new for next week

Alching is very quick...I did it up to 70 mage, But from that point onwards I ended up getting 75 through randomised teleports and a great deal from using slayer dart at the barrows, But anyway...Bacn on topic, Alching is a VERY good method, Cheap, Effective and useful, You get most of your money back...But its just the lack in hits exp that becomes the problem.

"Your account "Z0mg ownpur3"has been created , Thanks idiot, the average IQ of this game has now dropped from 13 to 12"

I think you should consider using multiple methods. I started my account as mage pure. I teled to get my a lot of my first lvls. Then I went to range. I decided to go elven mage but had 80 range and 68 mage. I thought okay. Curse is cheap. After about 5k I was wanting to quit RS. So I decided MTA would be cool. It was until I decided enchants were too dull. Then I started alching. Thats getting old as well. I will prally start using gaunts and fire bolt soon. I think Alch is the best way but gets really annoying cause you have to pay somewhat close attention (to at least sounds) and get timing right to keep fast exp. Curse was good because timiing didn't matter but had too much clicking. MTA was good cause it profited. I am thinking fire bolts will be nice cause it won't have as much clicking. So mix it up. I still have 40k bodies I am not ready to try those again for a while.....

Barrowing, if you can, is fun and exciting, profitable, and offers okay magic XP.

Otherwise, teleporting. No, not camelot teleporting, just teleporting to get to places. I got from 72 magic - 75 magic purely from teleports that I used when I needed to go someplace.

Also, you could try to get Bones to Peaches. It is a useful spell and that's how I got 75-76 magic.
