Dexek Posted November 6, 2007 Share Posted November 6, 2007 I would have to definitely say Fire Giants at the Waterfall. I have trained there from 78-90 range, and 97-99 strength. The drops are great, the xp is great, they have a low range defence bonus, and there are tons of safespots. Also, they are rarely as crowded as people complain they are, so do not let that worry you.
