A debit card is typically a card linked directly to an account which you have money in, for instance I have a debit card for my bank account so if I buy something using the card it just takes the money straight from my account.

A credit card however is, as the name suggests a credit to someone else. The money you spend on it isn't actually your money, that is until you pay the loan off, which may involve interest, depending on how long you take..

But the card you seem to be talking about sounds like something you just buy in the shop (so if it's a card for ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã50 then you probably just pay ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã50/+ to the shop) which is just like a debit card. But if you're unsure it's probably best to just ask someone working in the store, and make it clear what you intend to use the card for so you get the right one.
