Is there a way to buy like prepaid credit cards or something? Cuz i want to become a member and i dont have a credit card of my own, and i dont feel like sending something via mail, id rather use something quick and easy. If you need more info just ask.

I hear someone saying something about prepaid cards at radio shack but thats pretty much all i know =)

Certainly. Places like Wal-Mart, convenience stores, gas stations, etc. sell them. They're usually in $25 increments.

Cool, today at walmart i was walking past a shelf of prepaid cards with like gift cards for other stores, phone cars, and i saw one with the visa or mastercard logo. I didnt stop to look though, i didnt think about it till now.

debits can be sold almost anywhere, look in your local grocery's they should sell one.

Thanks, another Q. What type of card should i look for? Is it just called a Debit Card? Or are there any specific types i need?

A debit card is typically a card linked directly to an account which you have money in, for instance I have a debit card for my bank account so if I buy something using the card it just takes the money straight from my account.

 

 

 

A credit card however is, as the name suggests a credit to someone else. The money you spend on it isn't actually your money, that is until you pay the loan off, which may involve interest, depending on how long you take..

 

 

 

But the card you seem to be talking about sounds like something you just buy in the shop (so if it's a card for ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã50 then you probably just pay ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã50/+ to the shop) which is just like a debit card. But if you're unsure it's probably best to just ask someone working in the store, and make it clear what you intend to use the card for so you get the right one.
