I just tried to log into my account - and it turns out I am PERM banned.

 

 

 

I find out it because they think I have being trying to sell stuff through Runescape.

 

The thing is it's because I was talking to 1 of my mates and I tell him that I have to go because I have to make homework. He then asks what kind it is - and I tell him that it's like a company I have at my school (Fiction company), and tell he some stuff about it - I never tells him that I am trying to sell him something - just tells him what's it about.

 

 

 

I had 3 Blackmarks before this and now I have 13 - I don't get it guys - if jagex just could read the whole thing before PERM BANNING me.

 

 

 

Please help - I just completed my pure (last saturday - its 9 months of work)!!

I bet jagex is just reading the "I am selling like mousepads" line. So if I say I've been wrongly banned they'll just give me the auto-message thing - "We know you were in control of your account blablabla..".

 

 

 

And if I apoligise (spelling), they'll not unban me because if you sell Items through the game you deserves to get banned. And if I do this it's kinda like saying - I did it, I am sorry. Which isn't true.

It's probably higher, but if they deny your appeal, send a message to customer support and say why it was a reason to ban you.

So how should I say they've banned me wrongly?

Guys please help - I really want to get the account back.

It's really hard to explain what to do to someone in a situation like this, just try to be calm when you write your appeal, say that you have been wrongly banned, and that it was about a fictional company at your school, and that you do not wish to sell anything using RuneScape or something like that, say you are sorry. Beg if you must, just don't make it sloppy, make sure you use proper grammar.

 

 

 

Anyway, I really hope you get your account back, I know what it's like to just lose an account for no reason, they didn't even give me evidence, they just took my account with no option to appeal either, and won't listen to my messages.

 

 

 

I can't stress this enough though, make sure you are polite about it, one slight bit of stressy-ness and they'll just discard it. *Ban*

I just thought someone was rly good to write Appeals - since you know the reason for my ban just as good as I do.

So guys should I say that they've made a mistake or tell them I am sorry - and therefore kinda saying I did it?

Some piece of advice:

 

 

 

For example I will use getting pulled over for speeding. If/when the cop comes to your car to question you, he/she asks if you know what you did wrong. You ALWAYS SAY NO! If you say yes, the nailed you. Can be used in court that you are aware of what you did wrong. Now to sugue(spelling?) into the subject...

 

 

 

Do not admit you did anything wrong, IMO they use the same reasoning. I agree you have a bullspit ban, but do not admit you did anything wrong(which you didnt so thats a double no)

ouch that stinks and just after 99 range!!! its quite dumb that jagex cant read because it talks about nothing illegal just a school project i quess they think ur using some kinga code :x :wall:
