Guest
This message comes up whenever I try to log out. What's with it? If its too small to read the message - it says, "You have tried to log in too many times. Please try again later." Is it a bug or something? :? The Observer
Yes, I think it might be some kind of bug. It might just happen because of a specific browser. That happens sometimes. What browser are you using?
m1cha34l
It was a security measure released recently (resonably) to try to prevent hackers gaining access to your account by repetativly trying combinations of letters over and over again in an attemt to finaly get your password. Why on earth you get that when you try to log out... Albosky :-w

If the message shows again, wait for a few minutes until it allows you to login again. ~Alina ~Tip.It's #1 Party Girl & Events Team Supporter~Next TET Event: A Holy Pilgrimage!Next TET AU Event: Zamorak Strikes Back Part 1!PM me if you need any help with an event. Guest
Oh Ok thanks. That's answered my question. I just found it confusing that it came up while trying to log out. :?
D. V. Devnull
Wait... there's a long limit after I log in before I can log out? What if I only have a few minutes to spare? <*freaks out*> :uhh: Aww man!!! :ohnoes: ~Mr. Devnull and normally with a cool mind.(Warning: This user can be VERY confusing to some people... m1cha34l
Why would you need to log out anyway...Just switch of your PC ~ I wasn't calling myself Albosky, I was saying Albosky will proably know why it happened.
D. V. Devnull
Why would you need to log out anyway...Just switch of your PC That goes under the header of "no can do"... why? Because I use a PC that several other family members have access to. Do I want them getting near an active login cookie or infecting this PC in a manner (which is 99.999999% impossible, I'll admit no defense is ever completely perfect) where my Tip.It account would become compromised? NO FREAKING WAY. So yeah, I have to log out when I'm done somewhere, and I have no choice in the matter. Am I a security-conscious freak? Probably, but for good reason. Anywho, I don't think anyone would want to suddenly see my ID on these forums posting forbidden & illegal stuff anyway. Obviously, I won't do that, but if the wrong hands get to my cookies, I'm [bleep]ed. ~Mr. D. V. Devnull and normally with a cool mind.(Warning: This user can be VERY confusing to some people...
