November 20, 200718 yr Well, I'm f2p and I've always been f2p and I'm a ranger. There's one thing I wonder though. How did I ever get an uneven ranged and attack exp? Ranged gives 4exp per hp (2 for longrange) and a genie gives 10 times the level so I don't have a clue how I got that. I currently have 4 209 259 ranged exp and 273 751 attack exp. Does anyone know?

If you've killed random event monsters that might be it. They give like one exp per 4 hits or something :S Some quests could also give that.
November 20, 200718 yr A possibility for your attack could be the Dummies in Varrock, although I am unsure on the xp they give. I believe your combat skill levels start at 0xp, so that could not be it, unless of course I am wrong. I'm also not sure if randoms give no xp, or if they just give a lesser value (when fighting them). That could definitely be it, but only if they do give some xp. November 20, 200718 yr Some (maybe all) randoms give almost no exp now. Security guards only give about 1 exp per 2 hits, and Evil Chicken is the same.

I think dummies only valid up to 5 attack level not more, he have like 200k+ attack Xp already... Suggestion: You can use Anchor on Waterfiends - is cheap if to compare to GS & effective with crush attack & it hit like Whip.Visit my exp track
