I am thinking that GE will raise prices for about a day or so. I mean, the RSOF is filled with people still trying to sell santas for 23m ea. Then, there are those who are like "amen to you. save the rares...raise the prices...". I am thinking that on the first day of GE, people will put their santas 22-23ea. From what jagex has said, we just set a price and put in it the GE and wait for a buyer. Thus, it kinda eliminates bargaining (two way negotiation) and people will give in to pressure and buy the item. I am taking my chances and trying to buy a santa 18.5-18.7.

 

 

 

The update will most likely occur tomorrow. and so tonight, prices should be rock bottom.

Summary:

 

After all the hard times, I managed to merchant enough for a party hat. Yes it's true, yesterday, I was like 25M away. But because of the new update, the rare market crashed and I took advantage of it.

 

 

 

I've met almost every type of person while going up the mountain to get a phat. Noobs, experts, rude people, kind people, merchants, stakers, lvl 126's, lvl 3's, [Level 113's,] everything you can thing of!

 

 

 

And today, I finally hit the top of the mountain after 75 days of merchanting from 2M!!!!

Actually..merchanting didn't fully die after the release of GE, during the

 

3 first days of GE I made a fairly large amount of money.
