What does GWD armor do?

Could someone fill me what the different Bandos and Amardyll(SP?) armors do and their relative cost? And what's so great about these bandos tassits. (I.E. what slot do they fill, what are the bonuses).

Honestly all they do is cost alot and look decent.

 

 

 

Im not 100% on all the bonus' but the tassets are good because they are the only Leg slot armor that gives str bonus. I'll look up the stats for you and edit.

Yeah tassets are good because they're the only legs that give str bonus.

 

 

 

Bandos plate is good because it gives the same str bonus as fighter torso: but with better def.

 

 

 

Bandos is like, similar def bonuses to torags, just a little less, and ofc doesn't degrade - those are the reasons it's great.

 

 

 

Bandos boots, unfortunately don't give any str bonus, so i prefer dragon for function. They do however look pretty cool and have much better defence.

 

 

 

As for armadyl, can't help you. I think it's just generally good range bonuses. Check zybez for prices.

And it's amazing

 

 

 

Bandos is widely considered the best slayer armour, thanks to good defense and strength (Even prayer :o) bonuses. Its ranged defense bonuses are some of the highest in the game.

Well 3rd Age Ranged items are the exact same as Black D'hide.

Hanging around in the RSOF Armor forum, I've seen Bandos drop down a bit.

 

 

 

Chestplate - 18-19m

 

Tassets - 11-12m

 

Boots - 1.4-1.6m
