Jagex usually updates the game 9 am to 1 pm UK time. Most of the time.

Depends on what time zone are you. If it comes out today it will probably come for about 10 hours.

All depends on Timezones. JAGeX is ...GMT? Remember they're people too, they get a break every now and then :P

The updates are usually around 7:30 am Tuesday morning.
