I just walked into the Crafting guild and an emerald was sitting on the table above the chisel. I would have taken a picture, but I wanted to grab it before someone else did! Is this supposed to happen every so often and are there other random spawns like that in other places (I can only think of the air rune spawn in the middle of the forest behind Lumbridge Castle near the vast field of wheat)?
