November 29, 200718 yr Photoshop if you have access, because its expensive. Im not sure on others, i mainly use photoshop but others say GIF is decent.

November 29, 200718 yr If you're going to make "pixel signatures" then just use MS Paint, but if you're making other sorts using effects and tools, get GIMP or Photoshop. Photoshop rocks though \
