Yeah I agree the elbows should come to just above the waist, the water looks boss but theres a lot of room left empty in the picture. Maybe something in the back instead of blue? a sun or clouds.. The trees look too blocky compared to the character and fountain ( a bit out of place ) so it might be an idea to have the light coming from the left so theres more depth and shadow. Yeah and his head looks funny :lol: , might want to draw a longer face.
