I think you should sell all chins, get the cash, and if you want 99 ranged buy lots of bone bolts and train....This will cost less and you will get 99 ranged anyway...

i've heard bone bolts are nerfed, and anyways was it 90+ when you get 250k

 

exp / hour.. which is almost 10 times as bone bolts faster

If you 66 is low for 99 hunter, there is a lot of lv 3 skiller 99 hunter, 100% sure you will see 1 at least :

Skills=Effort which=Cash

 

 

 

It takes a lot of time and effort

 

But in the end could be worth it

 

Personally if I had a decent enough attention span

 

I'd go for the 99 range
