I speak spanish since it's my main language, but I wanna know how do you spell 'antipatico' in english, I say its uncongenial or disagreeable according to dictionary, I r teh noes says it's mean

 

 

 

Which of us is right?

You see, there is the word "antipathetic" in English, which would also work. :D (Spanish being my native language)

 

Mean would be nearer to "malo" or malvado", uncongenial has a milder meaning, so disagreeable would be the most accurate of those 3 IMO.

The way they taught it to us in school, antipatico meant mean or not nice to be around.

I'll post this so that there is a clear picture of what "antipÃÆÃâÃâático" should mean.

 

The official definition of "antipÃÆÃâÃâático" is: "Que causa antipatÃÆÃâÃâía" (that causes antipathy).

 

"AntipatÃÆÃâÃâía" is defined as: A feeling of aversion that is felt towards a person, animal or thing, to a greater or lesser degree.

 

 

 

Even so, if you have antipathetic in English, and both words come from the same Greek source, why bother finding other translations?
