Well i was looking at the staff list and at the bottom i found out that jagex staff our here on our forums and they post from time to time. Could someone tell me a circumstance in which this happened or give me a link to the post?

I'm too lazy to search for their posts, but they only post in the most serious of matters, mostly concerning updates or topics that may infringe on their rep. If you really want to see a JMod's post just use the user search function, I believe they just go by the name of "Andrew" here without the mod in front of it, though I don't see why you're so eager just to see them post.
